Abstract

The programmed instruction includes forms and methode of modernization of the teching and learning process.

It is a practical method by wich an instructional content is run through is an own way and independent effort appealing a programme which an instructional content is run throught in an own way and by independent effort appealing a programme, wich might assure the student’s possibility of cheking up by himself, and wich offers, thought elaboration techniques, the cance of suscces.

The programmed instruction was elaborated in 1950 by two American scientistics B.F.Skiner and N.A.Crowder.

The leaning process assisted by computers can help the learners to acquire knowledge and new method of creativity. The modernization of the learning process and especially of the teaching technology constitute an objective necessity, and they also have to reperesent a preocupation and a professional duty of the modern teacher.

Abstract

The audio-linqual method is a lingvistical appoach the English language teaching and learning based on the teaching of skills in a certain order: listening, speaking, reading and writing.

One of the most important types of teaching and learning activities within the audio lingual method is the dialog. After the dialog have been repeted and memorized certain grammar patterns are selected and repeated in a large variety of practical and mechanical exercices. Students are supposed to respond to stimule and produce correct answers. Theyr role is to repeat, imitate and respond as well as possible.

The language laboratory offers the students an alternative to the classroom activites and contacts with original contents wich help them to get the paper intonation of the American English language.

As any other method this method has certain advantages and disavantages. The latter ones did not prevent the audio-lingual method from remaiding a viable method coen nowadays.

A revolution in the way of waging the modern war is associated with the information systems, with their subsumated possibilities and with the effect upon the military structures and upon the actions and operations led by the military forces.

At the level of waging the strategic military actions, the information war may contribute to significant changes in the waging of the war. From this point of view the most important elements are the command, control, communication and information systems and the problem they are confronted with is the same: how to attack the enemy’s military systems protecting your own ones in the same time.

MECANISME PSIHOLOGICE DE PRELUARE A INFORMATIEI O ABORDARE CIBERNETICA

Aufgrund der Durchführung des Versuchs, haben Miller, Bruner und Postman 1954 gezeigt, daß während einer gewissen Dauer der tachitoskopischen Vorführung ein kleinerer Prozentsatz der Buchstabenserien wahrgenommen wird (und reproduziert werden können), wenn die Buchstabenserie mehr Information enthätt. Aus den für die Vorstellungszeit d³ 1SZQ gemessenen Werten (der subjek-tive Zeitquant) hat die Informationpsychologie ihren eigenen grundlegenden Lehrsatz,gebildet aufgrund dessen die Auffassungsschnelligkeit 1 bit/SZQ ist. Die Verwechselung (Übereinander-setzung) der empirischen Kurven fällt nach der Berechnung der Zeichenprozentsätze in informatio-nellen Werten für d<1SZQ auf. Durch das bekannte, angenommen proportionale Wachstum der Konservierung des Reises auf der Netzhaut und im nächsten Wahrnehmungskanal die ist die Auffa-ssungszeit der Erhaltungszeit des Reises überlegen und macht möglich, daß dieselbe Informations-quantität wie zu Beginn wahrgenommen wird.Diese theoretischen Wertschätzungen machen eine sehr gute empirische Förderung der Ergebnisse Millers, Bruners und Postmans möglich. Mit Hilfe der Rechnungen, die aufgrund der originalen Daten erhalten wurden, wurde gezeigt, daß die nachgeforschten Personen eine große Auffassungschwindigkeit von C_K=24 bit/sek. besitzen, die laut Lehrl einem Intelligenzkoeffizient von ungefähr 140 entspricht. Das Schlüsselversuch des Informa-tionspsychologie wurde auch an rumänischen Verchspersonen angewendet. Die Buchstabenreihen anthalben verschiendene Redundanzgrade der rumänischen Sprache. Durch die Anwendung des Versuchs wurde Eire Aperzeptionsgeschwindigheit von 19,4 Bit/sek., ein IQ von 122 entspricht.

The work contains aspects concerning the mechanical action, through an explosion, of a power luminous beam on the surface of the metals.

A glow discharge colled „the optical piercing of the gos, which surrounds the surface. Because of this phenomenon it opears a shock weave which goes to the source and a slim impulse on the surface.

The work deal with the theoretical port of the phenomenon and presents an approximated method of computing the specific slim impulse in an explosion on a plane surface. The real value of the impulse in an explosion on a plane surface. The real value of the impulse it can only be determined experimentaly because this phenomenon is insufficiently known.
