Specific Goals

“Nicolae Balcescu“ Land Forces Academy Scientific Bulletin, projected and accomplished based on The Scientific Research and University Education System Development and Organization, and on Scientific Research Development and Organization Concept, aims at highlighting the theoretical studies, field investigations, accomplished within National and International Research Projects and Grants, on the one hand, as well as the contributions of the significant personalities of the National and International contemporary science, on the other hand.

Starting from the necessity to integrate the Higher Education system within scientific research and training, “Nicolae Balcescu“ Land Forces Academy Scientific Bulletin provides the optimum frame in order to debate the Army’s specific fundamental processes, aspects and phenomena, along with other social fields.

The ideas, the content and the conception and acceptance process for every single work, as for the entire series of articles aim at disseminating and valorizing these ones, in order to set the basis for the new theoretical models and research projects, on the one hand, and for the university education system modernizing, on the other hand.
