Icebreaker at Cisnădioara This social event is meant to serve as a welcome and "warm-up" and will take place in a relaxed and unstressed setting to ensure that participants enjoy their interaction and have some fun before the official program starts. International and national participants should make ample use of this opportunity to get to know each other, meet facilitators and learn more about the goals of this event.

Topic Breaks Face-to-face is the most important method of communication. Nothing beats a good chat over a cup of coffee. This is where the most important conversations take place – where you discover the other participants’ concerns, and see how you can help. These year’s topic breaks that are good opportunities for the personal touch that will enhance our relationships are organized by Austria, Hungary and Poland. After all drinking coffee is a social event, where people come together to connect and discover new things.

Polish evening The evening event on Thursday will be organized by the General Tadeusz Kosciuszko Military Academy of the Land Forces, Wroclaw – Poland, which will be the host institution of the iMAF 2016. This intercultural dinner will let the participants taste a delicious traditional meal and experience a little bit of a different culture. This event is also meant to give the institution the platform to present their intent for next year’s Forum, to outline their planned activities.

Sightseeing of Sibiu This will be a good occasion to find important data about the host-city, to see its remarkable landmarks. Sibiu is a pedestrian-friendly city with two easily accessible levels: the Upper town, home to most of Sibiu's historic sights, and the Lower town, lined with colorful houses on cobblestone streets and bounded by imposing city walls and defense towers overlooking the river Cibin.

Visit to Alba -Iulia Fortress The history and culture of our country is rich in events. Alba Carolina fortress, one of the most valuable monuments of medieval architecture from Transylvania, is a structure of “Vauban” shaped fortification system of a star with seven corners (7 towers).The participants will have a chance to visit this city that is a symbol of Romania and to watch the ceremony of changing the guard that is a really nice experience that should not be missed.
