The Opening of the Academic Year at LFA
On Monday, October 3, the students of "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu participated in the opening ceremony of the 2022-2023 academic year, on the parade ground of the institution.
The event began with the welcoming of the Commander of the Multinational Corps South-East (MNC-SE), MG Dragoș-Dumitru Iacob, by the rector of the academy, BG. Prof. Eng. Ghita Barsan, PhD, and it was followed by the religious service, the speeches and the "Gaudeamus" student anthem.
At 13:00 o’clock, the members of our academic community joined their colleagues from "Lucian Blaga" University to open together the new university year in the auditorium of the Faculty of Medicine.
