The Magic of Winter Holidays at the Land Forces Academy
The days of 16 and 17 of December of were full of songs and joyful moments at the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy, due to the carol singers who came this year, too, to herald the approach of the winter holidays.
The holiday atmosphere was completed by the presence of actors from the "Radu Stanca" National Theater, who shared the joy of caroling through their performance, "The Dream Weaver", and also by snowflakes tirelessly falling down. The choir members of our institution joined the guests, interpreting a carols program.
The "Gura Izvorului" Folk Ensemble from Vatra Moldovitei also joined in the performance. They presented the beauty of the customs and the life in the traditional Romanian village, conveying authenticity, love and respect for the Bucovina ancestral costumes, songs and places.
