Tennis tournament at the Land Forces Academy
Between 15-17 February, during the competitions organized on the occasion of the International Military Sports Council Day, our academy hosted the "Nicolae Balcescu Land Forces Academy Cup" tennis tournament, event organized in cooperation with Sibiu Tenis Club.
This first edition of the competition brought together over 50 athletes (active or reserve military and civilian personnel). Following the competition, Col (r) Popa George and Mr. Aurel Musat obtained the first place and received awards and diplomas from the organizers. In the future, we want this tournament to involve our cadets, too.
