On Monday, March 25, „Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy hosted the last presentation of the series dedicated to „The Experts Train the Young” stage of the „aNATOmy of an Alliance” project. The cadets of our institution benefitted from the national and international experience of the guest speaker, MG Catalin-Tomita Tomescu, Deputy of the Secretary General of the Romanian Ministry of Defense. During his presentation, MG Tomescu discussed the topic of revolution in military affairs, with particular emphasis on the transformations that the Alliance has gone through after the end of the Cold War.
