Visit of the United States Air Force Academy delegation, Colorado, USA to the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy of Sibiu
From 19th to 27th of March, a delegation from the Air Force Academy in Colorado, USA, consisting of nine students and six accompanying staff, visited the “Nicolae Balcescu” Land Forces Academy of Sibiu.
The American students participated along with our students to English language courses and were also involved in social activities, sports competitions and visits to museums in Sibiu, Brasov and Prahova County.
On Friday, 25th of March, the American cadets and our students went to the village of Prod, which has become home to 28 children from a foster home in Kiev. It was a heartfelt meeting, meant to bring smiles on the children faces and to make them feel that they are not alone in this difficult time.
