Between 28-29 of September 2022, cadet Andrei BAR and cadet Luciana RICHEA from the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy of Sibiu, took part in the ninth edition of the International Cadet Week, on the topic of "Core Competencies of Military Talents" organized online by the Army Engineering University of PLA, Nanjing, China.
The event was attended by representatives from higher education military institutions from countries such as: Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Indonesia, Mexico, Philippines, Romania, Singapore and Vietnam.
