Paper selection:
- the International Scientific Committee will consider all papers received until the submission deadline;
- all papers received until the submission deadline will be double-blind reviewed by members of the International Scientific Committee;
- an author can submit two papers at the most (maximum three authors/article); If the acknowledgment section mentions the project whose results are being disseminated, more than three authors per article may be accepted.
- for authors whose language is not English we strongly recommend to use a proofreading service (preferably by an English native speaker or specialist).
- 160 Euro/article, for the publication in the conference proceedings (includes lunch, dinner and presentation materials for one author);
- 20 Euro/person/day includes accommodation and breakfast;
- 55 Euro/person, for co-authors of an article, regardless of the institution they belong to (includes lunch, dinner and presentation materials for on-site participants);
- 270 Euro/2 articles (includes accommodation and meals);
