Between 20-22 May 2010, the "Nicolae Bălcescu" Land Forces Academy organized the 15th Scientific Conference for students, SECOSAFT 2010, with international participation, entitled “Today's Student, Tomorrow's Leader”.
The conference was divided on 6 sections and 14 subsections, within were presented 230 articles: Military science; Security and Defense; Management and Economics; Socio-Human Sciences; Law and Public Administration; Fundamental and Technical Sciences and Foreign Languages
This edition brought together 275 students from military and civilian education institutions.
All present students were awarded with diplomas and the most valuable articles were rewarded with diplomas of excellence, 1st , 2nd and 3rd place.
The diversity of topics approached and the scientific content of the papers presented at SECOSAFT responded the conference goal: developing the competencies of young students to adapt to the professional requirements specific to future activities as leaders of the institutions where they will work.
